We are looking for a dedicated, leadership-minded Dental Office Manager to join our team on either a Full-Time or Part-Time basis. Are you tired of the traditional corporate grind, high-turnover dental mills, and rigid corporate quotas? At our private practice, we empower our leadership team to do things differently. Our mission is to provide a compassionate, patient-centered experience supported by seamless daily operations that you help design and lead. Unlike fast-paced, high-volume corporate clinics with rigid micro-management, we give our Office Manager the autonomy to build long-term community relationships and run an efficient, stress-free front desk. We believe in treating patients like family while maintaining a highly supportive, collaborative work environment that truly respects your leadership style and your personal life. Role Overview Our Dental Office Manager plays a vital role in our success by overseeing daily operations, streamlining patient scheduling, managing insurance billing, and leading our front-office team to ensure an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out.
What We Offer Compensation:
$28
  • $40 per hour (dependent on experience) + a comprehensive benefits package.
Flexibility:
We are fully open to both Full-Time and Part-Time candidates and will happily customize a schedule to fit your lifestyle.
Schedule:
Mon-Thurs, 8 am
  • 5 pm.

Qualifications Experience:
1 to 2 years of proven experience as a Dental Office Manager, Lead Front Office Coordinator, or a similar dental administrative leadership role.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with dental practice management software, dental coding, and insurance verification workflows.
