Job Description
Our Private Fee for service practice is looking for a highly goal motivated front office person. Ideally an organized, self directed person that has experience managing a dental office and front office team. We are open Monday through Thursday. Compensation can vary greatly as position will be salaried but a bonus structure is in place to compensate for production and other metrics. Candidate will need to be the leading face of the office, in person and on the phone. Therefore, they should be very outgoing and personable, with a strong desire to help our patients needs. Sales experience is a must. Typical weeks currently are Monday through Thursday with the possibility of Fridays, which are done at 1pm.
