Practice Manager Position Overview The Practice Manager serves as the leader of the clinic team and is responsible for creating a positive, accountable, and high-performing workplace culture. This role is heavily focused on people management, employee development, conflict resolution, team accountability, patient satisfaction, and daily clinic operations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can effectively manage different personalities, coach employees, navigate difficult conversations, and create structure and consistency throughout the practice. This individual will work closely with ownership and providers to ensure both patients and employees have an exceptional experience. Success in this role depends on building a strong team, maintaining high standards, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring the clinic operates efficiently and professionally every day. Benefits & Compensation Starting pay of $25.00 per hour Performance-based bonus program available after 60 days of employment Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company matching contributions Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays Employee discounts on products and services Professional development opportunities Growth and advancement opportunities within a growing organization Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 3 years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to coach employees and hold team members accountable Experience managing schedules, staffing, and daily operations Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities Ability to lead by example and maintain professionalism under pressure Bonus Experience in healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, fitness, hospitality, or other service-based industries Experience supervising both clinical and administrative staff Familiarity with Practice Fusion or similar EMR systems Knowledge of hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, peptides, or wellness services Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Culture Lead, mentor, and develop clinic staff Create and maintain a positive, professional, and accountable workplace culture Conduct employee coaching, performance reviews, and corrective action when necessary Hold team members accountable to company standards, policies, and expectations Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts professionally Recruit, onboard, and train new team members Ensure proper staffing levels and schedule coverage Foster employee engagement, morale, and retention Patient Experience Ensure every patient receives exceptional customer service and care Address escalated patient concerns promptly and professionally Monitor patient satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional clinic environment Clinic Operations Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and workflow efficiency Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations Support providers and staff in achieving operational goals Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships Maintain organization and consistency across all clinic processes Business Performance Monitor clinic performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) Support patient retention and practice growth initiatives Collaborate with ownership on operational improvements and business development opportunities Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability Success in This Role Success as a Practice Manager at ReNu Medical will be measured by: Employee engagement and retention A positive and accountable workplace culture Strong team performance and development High patient satisfaction Efficient clinic operations Achievement of clinic goals and KPIs This position is ideal for a leader who enjoys developing people, solving problems, creating structure, and helping a team succeed.

8:30 AM•2:00 PM Two Saturdays per month: 8:30 AM•1:00 PM Flexible scheduling available to maintain approximately 32-40 hours per week. Employees working a Saturday will receive a weekday off to balance their schedule.
