Job Description

Join a Growing, Patient-Focused Dental Practice! We are seeking an experienced, organized, and positive Dental Office Manager to lead our front office team and help create an exceptional experience for our patients. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy leading a team, and have a passion for customer service, we'd love to meet you.
Schedule Monday, Tuesday & Thursday:
8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Wednesday & Friday:
7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Every other Friday AND Monday off = a 4-day weekend every other week! Responsibilities Oversee daily front office operations Lead, coach, and develop administrative team members Manage patient scheduling and appointment flow Monitor production goals and office performance Verify insurance benefits and assist with treatment plan presentation Manage accounts receivable and collections Ensure exceptional patient service and satisfaction Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and team members Maintain compliance with office policies and procedures Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of leadership and management experience in a dental office required Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and treatment coordination Experience with dental practice management software Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience managing KPIs, scheduling efficiency, collections, and production goals Experience with hiring, training, and performance management What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Paid time off Paid holidays Professional development opportunities Supportive and collaborative team culture Consistent schedule with excellent work-life balance A 4-day weekend every other week!
