Front Office Supervisor 4310 Airport Way, Denver, CO 80239 From $22 an hour - Full-time From $22 an hour - Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Office Supervisor to lead our front desk team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, manage guest relations, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality management. Your leadership will set the tone for a welcoming environment, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out procedures, efficient handling of guest inquiries, and seamless coordination with other hotel departments. Duties Supervise front desk staff to deliver top-tier guest services, including check-in, check-out, and concierge support Oversee the operation of multi-line phone systems and ensure professional phone etiquette at all times Manage guest reservations, modifications, and cancellations with accuracy and efficiency Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly to ensure complete satisfaction Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports for management Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by fostering excellent guest relations and ensuring team adherence to hospitality standards Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to resolve guest issues swiftly and effectively Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles, with a strong background in front desk operations Bilingual or multilingual skills to assist diverse guests and enhance communication Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems Ability to handle night audit procedures and manage guest accounts accurately Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and supervise a team in a dynamic environment Previous experience working in resort or hotel settings preferred; hotel experience is essential Weekend availability Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional service and leadership.
