We are a patient-focused oral surgery practice in Denver seeking an experienced and highly organized Practice Manager to lead daily operations. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional surgical care and a seamless patient experience in a professional, supportive environment.
Position Overview:
The Practice Manager will oversee all administrative and operational aspects of the practice, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and outstanding patient care. This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and experience in dental or oral surgery settings.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the oral surgery practice
  • Lead, train, and motivate front office and clinical support staff
  • Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and overall office efficiency
  • Handle billing, insurance coordination, and revenue cycle management
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements
  • Improve systems, processes, and patient experience
  • Coordinate with surgeon and clinical staff to optimize workflow
Qualifications:
  • Practice management experience (dental or oral surgery preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience with dental practice management software
  • Knowledge of insurance billing, coding, and collections
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in oral surgery or dental practice
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field
  • Familiarity with implant and surgical case coordination
