Job Description

Job Summary A well-established business services organization in Fort Collins, CO is seeking an experienced Operations and Office Manager to oversee daily office administration, accounting support, scheduling, and operational coordination. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who enjoys keeping people, processes, and priorities organized in a fast-paced service environment. The Operations and Office Manager will play a key role in supporting leadership, coordinating office workflows, assisting field and office teams, and ensuring accurate financial and administrative processes. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations, administrative workflows, documentation, filing systems, and company records.
  • Manage accounting support functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, billing, payment tracking, and vendor communications.
  • Coordinate employee schedules, meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and internal communications.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to leadership, including reporting, project tracking, and coordination between departments.
  • Deliver professional customer service to clients, vendors, field staff, office staff, and internal team members.
  • Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and organization while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range: $50,000 to $62,000 per year.
