This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with patients and staff in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage front office operations and daily scheduling Coordinate patient appointments and follow-ups Treatment planning Oversee accounts receivable and collections Support the doctor and clinical team with administrative needs Maintain a positive and professional patient experience
Qualifications:
Previous dental office management experience required Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with dental software Ability to multitask and work independently
