Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of dental office management, including budgeting, financial management, and medical records. This role is crucial in ensuring that our office runs smoothly while providing exceptional patient care. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the dental office, ensuring efficient workflow and patient satisfaction. Oversee budgeting and financial management, including tracking expenses and revenue. Implement and manage office systems for scheduling and billing. Supervise staff, providing training and support to ensure high-quality patient care. Coordinate utilization management to optimize patient services and resource allocation. Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance the patient experience. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized office environment. Requirements Proven experience in office management within a dental setting. Strong knowledge of financial management principles, including budgeting and cost control. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff alike.
