Veterinary Practice Manager

Overview Family Pet Hospital is hiring a Practice Manager to bring structure, accountability, and consistency to a growing veterinary practice. This is not a passive management role. We are looking for someone who can: build systems improve follow-through help the practice run smoothly without constant owner intervention What You'll Be Responsible For Overseeing day-to-day operations of the clinic Identifying and fixing breakdowns in workflow and communication Creating clear ownership of tasks across the team Improving consistency in how work is completed Holding team members accountable to expectations Supporting team development and performance Working directly with the owner to implement operational improvements What Success Looks Like Fewer issues being escalated to the owner Clear accountability across the team More consistent communication and follow-through A smoother, more predictable day-to-day operation Requirements Experience in veterinary practice management or similar operational leadership role Experience managing teams and addressing performance issues Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to implement systems and improve consistency

Preferred:

CVPM or equivalent experience Work Schedule Full-time position Primarily on-site in Colorado Some flexibility for focused work outside the clinic

Compensation & Benefits Salary:
