Job Description

Do you want to join a fun, experienced general dental office focused on patient care? Then Twin Rivers Dental is the place for you! We are a general dentistry practice in Pueblo, CO. We are professional, social and our goal is to Provide the finest quality dental care in a comfortable and fun setting that is individualized for each patient.

Office Manager Salary Range:
$28
  • 34/ hour
Classification:
Full Time, non-exempt for overtime
Qualifications:
  • Help with managerial duties and front desk duties in the office
  • Working knowledge of all administrative duties
  • basic computer skills
  • phone skills
  • Open dental and leg work knowledge, open dental and XDR xray software
  • scheduling, re-scheduling, canceling and check out of patients
  • handling payments/billing, periodically taking deposit to bank
  • insurance verification and posting, pre-authorizations for insurance
  • greeting and welcoming patients to the practice, assist patients in filling out forms
  • preparing charts and daily schedules for the dental staff
  • updating patient records and documenting recent treatments, conversations, and procedures
  • performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing, and faxing.
  • help with room turnover or assist in back if trained in assisting
  • check bathrooms and waiting room daily to see if it needs vacuumed or toilet paper, paper towels need to be restocked, or sink cleaned, etc. Then perform those functions.
  • confirm patients after vacation days or on holiday for the next day
  • Doing anything that is asked of you to benefit the practice.
