RESPONSIBILITIES
Foster collaboration and cultivate a conducive work environment for enhanced teamwork Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain compliance Execute payroll processing accurately and efficiently Effectively manage staff schedules to optimize resource allocation Plan and facilitate productive staff meetings Develop and maintain comprehensive budget analysis reports Regularly review inventory turnover rates to optimize efficiency Conduct annual assessment of optical pricing structure Address technology-related concerns and provide necessary tools and resources for employee success Establish clear goals and effectively monitor progress towards their completion
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities Excellent interpersonal skills for motivating and fostering an effective team environment, while upholding high standards of professionalism Proficiency in conflict management, particularly in relation to patient care and maintaining positive employee/employer relationships
