What You'll Do Oversee daily front-office operations and ensure smooth patient flow Greet, schedule, and communicate with patients in Polish and English Manage appointment scheduling, recalls, and patient follow-ups Handle insurance verification, billing, and claims processing Supervise and support front desk staff and administrative team Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Coordinate with clinical staff to optimize scheduling and productivity Contribute to the welcoming, upbeat culture our patients love What We're Looking For Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written) — required Prior dental or medical office management experience preferred Familiarity with dental practice management software Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Team-first attitude with a warm, professional demeanor Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in billing and records
