Practice Manager for Cosmetic surgery practice

Job Summary About the Job An expanding cosmetic surgery practice is looking for a Manager with experience in managing a cosmetic practice and familiar with cosmetic services. A manager who is talented, self disciplined, self motivated and has a strong drive to grow. A manager that can hit the floor running.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN COSMETIC MEDICINE AND SURGERY OR HAVE WORKED IN PLASTIC SURGERY , DERMATOLOGY OR MEDICAL SPA.

Our Facility specializes in cosmetic surgery, body sculpting, hair transplant, cosmetic lasers, cosmetic dermatology, Botox, and dermal fillers. The candidate must be able to:

• grow the practice to the next level
• Manage and track Marketing avenues
• Manage profit /loss and all operating expenses associated with the practice
• Tracks sales and encounters reports to targeted goals and analysis of daily operations
• Reacts to negative trends
• Patient satisfaction
• Up-selling and cross-selling existing patient base
• improve sales
• Maintaining a smooth clinic flow
• Schedule management
• Meeting and exceeding goals set by corporate
• Hiring and training front office staff
• Building the business through community marketing efforts
• Maintaining patient and business relationships Qualifications include:
• College graduate and/or some college preferred, but not required-Must have a minimum of 2 years as a practice manager ,sales/marketing and customer service experience is preferred Experience with cosmetic products and services is a must.
• Proven track record of management. Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required.
• Computer & internet experience (Microsoft Word & Excel required
• Phone sales experience a plus (even though we are not cold calling
• Strong customer service focus
• Knowledge of HIPPA, OSHA and JACHO is preferred
• Must be able to work some evenings and some Saturdays.

Compensation:

Varies depending on experience.
