About the Role This position is designed for someone who thrives with clear expectations and the freedom to run their area well . Your days will be fast-paced and varied, and you'll be trusted to prioritize, problem-solve, and follow through without being chased. You'll manage patient check-ins, scheduling, insurance verification, medical records, and coordination with providers and leadership—using established systems, but exercising judgment when real-life situations don't fit perfectly into a script. You'll be expected to: Take ownership of front office operations and keep things running smoothly Maintain accuracy, compliance, and organization without constant reminders Anticipate needs, communicate proactively, and adapt when volume or circumstances change Uphold clinic standards and policies while providing a calm, professional patient experience This role is ideal for someone who likes structure without micromanagement , enjoys juggling multiple priorities, and takes satisfaction in consistently delivering high-quality work.
