Job Description

Medical Solution Center is a growing Primary Care and Med-Spa practice in Palm Beach County, Florida. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a professional, efficient environment. We are seeking a highly organized, execution-driven Office Manager to lead daily clinical and administrative operations. This role requires strong computer proficiency and the ability to work efficiently across multiple digital platforms. Candidates without advanced computer skills will not be considered. Position Summary The Office Manager ensures smooth clinic operations, timely patient care, regulatory compliance, and staff accountability. This is not a passive administrative role — it requires ownership, urgency, and consistent follow-through . Key Responsibilities Oversee daily clinical operations, staff assignments, and workflow Ensure timely execution of patient care tasks Monitor medication and supply inventory; escalate proactively Lead, coach, and hold staff accountable while maintaining professional boundaries Review clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance Maintain adherence to regulatory and internal policies Support staff performance management and development Improve workflow efficiency and patient flow Act as liaison between providers, staff, and leadership Maintain professional, ethical conduct at all times Technology & Administrative Requirements (Critical) Advanced computer literacy is
REQUIRED
Proficient in: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Google Docs / Google Workspace Email and calendar management systems Ability to: Type efficiently and accurately Create, edit, and manage documents, spreadsheets, and reports Track data, manage workflows, and communicate digitally in real-time Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) required (eClinical - ECW preferred) What Success Looks Like No delays in patient care due to lack of follow-through Strong, timely, and professional communication Staff clearly understand expectations and accountability Operational issues are identified early and resolved quickly Work is completed efficiently during business hours Leadership presence is consistent, fair, and professional Required Skills & Experience Excellent written and verbal communication Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proven ability to manage priorities with urgency Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to lead decisively while maintaining professionalism High level of discretion with sensitive information Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of healthcare operations experience Prior supervisory/management experience
