Financial & Treatment Coordinator / Business Assistant International Center for Dental Excellence | Fort Lauderdale, FL | Full-Time About the Role Our growing, privately owned and operated holistic dental practice is looking for unique talent — not just anyone can work with us. We're seeking a Financial & Treatment Coordinator / Business Assistant who is organized, personable, and genuinely passionate about patient care. In this role, you'll be the bridge between our patients' treatment plans and their financial confidence, while keeping the business side of our practice running smoothly. What You'll Do Present and explain treatment plans clearly and compassionately to patients Coordinate financial arrangements and payment plans (we are a private pay practice — no insurance) Manage scheduling, billing, and front office administrative functions Support the clinical team with day-to-day business operations Provide an exceptional patient experience from first contact to follow-up Requirements 3+ years of dental office experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role Proficiency with Eaglesoft dental practice management software Strong communication and conflict resolution skills Experience with billing and treatment plan presentation Organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have Interest in holistic or biological dentistry Bilingual (English/Spanish) What We Offer Competitive salary, commensurate with experience Health benefits Positive, wellness-oriented work culture Opportunity to grow with a mission-driven practice Why Join Us We firmly believe excellent care is the result of effective teamwork.
