This individual will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of operational, administrative, and financial functions of the organization while helping drive continued growth and scalability. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience in a surgical specialty environment who understands the complexities of patient experience, operational workflows, out-of-network billing, and team development. Position Highlights Competitive salary based on experience Full-time leadership position Established and growing surgical specialty practice Opportunity to help drive organizational growth and expansion High-level operational oversight and strategic involvement Collaborative physician-led environment Leadership development and advancement opportunities Comprehensive benefits package Staff discounts on practice services and products Key Responsibilities Operations & Practice Management Oversee day-to-day practice operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative workflows Develop, implement, and optimize operational systems and processes Ensure consistency, accountability, and efficiency across all departments Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Lead and mentor administrative and clinical support staff Manage vendor relationships, facility operations, and inventory oversight Continuously identify opportunities to improve patient experience and operational performance Financial & Revenue Cycle Oversight Monitor key performance indicators including revenue, patient conversions, case volume, and profitability Collaborate with billing and finance teams to support accurate revenue cycle management Oversee out-of-network billing processes, claim workflows, and patient financial counseling Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency Growth & Strategic Development Support organizational growth initiatives and potential expansion projects Collaborate with marketing and patient care teams to improve consultation conversion rates Help maintain a premium patient experience and brand consistency Lead operational projects that support scalability and long-term growth Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable state and federal regulations Oversee credentialing, licensing, and regulatory documentation processes Conduct operational and documentation audits Promote a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement Qualifications Required Minimum of 5 years of healthcare operations leadership experience within a surgical specialty practice Experience in specialties such as: Plastic Surgery Dermatology ENT Orthopedics Other surgical specialties Strong understanding of out-of-network billing, claims management, and patient financial processes Proven ability to lead, develop, and manage high-performing teams Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Demonstrated success implementing operational systems and workflow improvements Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and leadership abilities Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field Experience with EMR systems such as Nextech, Prognocis, Epic, or similar platforms Previous experience supporting a growing or multi-location medical practice Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off and Holidays Employee Discounts on Practice Services and Products Professional Growth and Leadership Development Opportunities Long-Term Career Advancement within an
