We are looking for a strong Office Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our front office team. This is not a traditional insurance-based dental office. Our practice operates primarily on cosmetic treatment and patient financing, which means the Office Manager plays a critical role in guiding patients through treatment decisions while maintaining a smooth, high-performing office environment. We are looking for someone who can confidently lead the team, manage operations, and help ensure patients move forward with treatment.
Responsibilities:
Office Operations Manage daily operations of a multi-provider cosmetic dental practice Maintain efficient scheduling and production flow Ensure smooth communication between front desk, clinical team, and leadership Patient Case Support Assist with patient concerns or hesitation regarding treatment Help guide patients through financing or payment options Support treatment coordinators in maintaining strong case acceptance Team Leadership Lead, train, and mentor front office staff Maintain accountability and strong team culture Manage staff schedules and operational coverage Performance Oversight Monitor daily production and office performance Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement improvements Work closely with leadership to ensure operational success
What We're Looking For:
3+ years dental office management or treatment coordination experience Experience in cosmetic or high-value treatment environments preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-focused practice Ability to handle sensitive patient conversations with empathy and confidence
Compensation:
Competitive base salary + performance bonuses We believe in rewarding leadership, accountability, and growth. The Office Manager role includes a base salary along with performance-based incentives tied directly to the success of the practice and patient experience. Base Salary $65,000 annually (paid biweekly) Monthly Production Bonus The Office Manager will be eligible for monthly bonuses based on practice production performance. As the practice grows, bonus potential increases.
Example structure:
  • $400,000 monthly production → $500 bonus
  • $500,000 monthly production → $1,000 bonus
  • $600,000 monthly production → $2,000 bonus
  • $700,000 monthly production → $3,000 bonus
  • $800,000 monthly production → $4,500 bonus
  • $900,000 monthly production → $6,000 bonus
  • $1,000,000+ monthly production → $8,000 bonus Case Save Incentive Because we focus heavily on cosmetic treatment, helping patients move forward with treatment when they are hesitant or considering canceling is extremely important.
When a larger treatment plan is successfully retained or saved, the Office Manager may earn additional bonuses.
Typical range:
$50
  • $100 per saved case depending on treatment value.
Treatment Upgrade Incentive When patients choose a higher-level cosmetic option after education and consultation, the Office Manager may also receive a treatment enhancement bonus.
Examples:
  • Composite → Ceramic upgrade → $75 bonus
  • Ceramic → Porcelain/Zirconia upgrade → $100 bonus
  • Partial treatment → Full smile design → $150 bonus These incentives are intended to encourage thoughtful patient guidance and helping patients select the treatment option that best supports long-term results.
Total Income Potential While the base salary is $65,000, a strong Office Manager who helps the practice grow and maintain strong patient relationships can realistically earn between $85,000 and $110,000+ annually through bonuses. Experience in cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, or treatment coordination strongly preferred.
