This vital role involves overseeing daily administrative tasks, managing office systems, supporting staff, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently. As an Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our office, fostering a productive and welcoming atmosphere that promotes organizational success. Duties Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and maintaining professional phone etiquette Oversee office management functions such as supply procurement, equipment maintenance, and facility organization Handle calendar management and scheduling for team meetings, appointments, and events using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining accurate records Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses and invoices Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in person or via phone or email Coordinate personal assistant tasks such as travel arrangements, appointment scheduling, and document preparation to support staff needs Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a strong background in clerical tasks and customer service Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping and data entry tasks Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong computer literacy with experience in filing systems, proofreading documents, and managing multi-line phone systems Bilingual skills are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs and enhance communication within the team Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is a plus but not required Join us as an Office Manager to lead our administrative team with energy and enthusiasm!
