Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, self-directed, dynamic, and organized individual to join our team as Office Manager. You must have the experience to know what needs to be done to drive a high performing practice, and have a passion for developing and leading a team of dedicated professionals. You will be responsible for practice operations including
  • Oversee daily operations of the practice to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient experience
  • Lead and develop clinical and administrative teams, including schedule management, onboarding, payroll, record keeping of training requirements etc
  • Oversee scheduling, financials, treatment coordination
  • Oversee insurance, collections, overdue claims, and AR
  • Communicate metrics and reports to doctors and team to ensure goals are being met or exceeded
  • Keep team compliant with all regulatory agencies including licenses, HIPAA, OSHA, DEA, etc
  • Ensure the patients, practice, doctors, and team is supported according to our mission statement at all times
Experience:
  • Previous dental office manager experience is preferred.
  • Dental administration experience is required
  • at least 5 years of a role that includes managing insurance and accounts receivable, as well as patient facing experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
