Dental Office Manager Lake Mary, FL 32746 $23.67 - $28.51 an hour - Full-time $23.67 - $28.51 an hour - Full-time We are a General Dental practice located in the heart of Lake Mary seeking a self motivated Office Manager. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness and safety, and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Previous experience as a Front Dental office manager or Office administrator is required. A successful Office manager should have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets and dental databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties. Ultimately, the Office manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation. Responsibilities Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs Organize office operations and procedures Ensure accurate and timely reporting - End of Month Reports Provide general support to the front desk and wherever needed Respond accurately and efficiently to patient and/or employee complaints Assist in the on boarding process for new hires Skills Proven experience as an Office Manager Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures Experience sending claims and following up as needed such as narratives Knowledge processing the EOD, EOM, and ability to apply claim payments independently Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
