Job Description

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Practice Manager for a highly regarded healthcare organization providing personalized, member-centered medical care. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and service-driven operations leader to oversee daily site operations, support exceptional patient experiences, and lead a collaborative administrative team. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity based in Miami Beach, FL.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Practice Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-touch healthcare site, ensuring smooth workflows, strong team performance, and exceptional service delivery. This role will manage Patient Care Administrators and work closely with clinical leadership to support operational excellence, compliance, scheduling, member experience, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, solutions-oriented leader with healthcare operations experience, strong people management skills, and a hospitality-forward approach to patient care. RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily site operations, workflows, staffing coverage, and resource utilization to support clinical activities and member needs Manage, coach, and support Patient Care Administrators, including hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding Partner with physicians, nursing leadership, and central teams to align operational processes with clinical protocols and service standards Monitor site performance, identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and support quality improvement initiatives using data-informed insights Ensure a member-centered experience by addressing concerns, supporting service recovery, and reinforcing high standards of professionalism and care Maintain compliance with safety, OSHA, HIPAA, and internal policies while supporting a positive, collaborative office culture
QUALIFICATIONS
Progressive experience in healthcare operations management, ideally within a concierge, private practice, or high-touch patient service environment Experience leading teams, managing performance, supporting staff development, and fostering a positive workplace culture Strong understanding of healthcare operations, patient service standards, regulatory compliance, scheduling, and operational workflows Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements, manage budgets, solve problems, and support operational change Excellent communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, organizational, and decision-making skills
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This full-time onsite opportunity offers a salary target of $118,000-123,000 annually, depending on experience, along with the opportunity to contribute to a highly collaborative, mission-driven healthcare environment.
