Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Dental Office Manager to lead our pediatric dental practice with energy and enthusiasm. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional patient care, and managing administrative functions with precision. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, strong leadership skills, and extensive experience in dental office management. Responsibilities Lead the daily operations of the dental practice, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination to ensure seamless service delivery. Manage financial aspects such as budgeting, fiscal management, billing processes, and insurance claims using systems like Carestack and Dentrix to optimize revenue cycles. Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance on office procedures and performance expectations. Oversee medical records management in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure accurate documentation within EMR (Electronic Medical Records) Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, and managed care protocols to uphold the clinic's accreditation and legal obligations. Coordinate human resources functions like training, performance evaluations, and staff development to foster a motivated team environment. Oversee clinic inventory management, supply ordering, and equipment maintenance to ensure operational readiness at all times. Implement quality improvement initiatives focused on patient safety, clinical efficiency, and service excellence within the dental setting. Experience Proven experience managing a busy dental office Extensive knowledge of dental office procedures Demonstrated supervisory experience leading teams in clinical or administrative settings within healthcare environments. Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Carestack or Dentrix. Background in fiscal management including budgeting, financial analysis, billing cycles, managed care processes, and utilization management.
Pay:
$26.00 - $34.00 per hour
