Job Description

Job Summary-Must be able to travel to Naples We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Medical Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our Medical offices in Naples. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth functioning of clinical and administrative activities, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and fostering an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to office management, possess strong leadership skills, and have extensive experience in medical office administration across diverse healthcare settings. Duties Oversee all aspects of medical office operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative workflows Supervise staff including medical administrative support, nursing personnel, and other clinical team members Maintain accurate medical records utilizing EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems such as Epic, eClinicalWorks, or Dentrix Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other healthcare privacy standards while safeguarding patient information Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize practice management and clinical efficiency Oversee human resources functions including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development Manage inventory control for medical supplies and equipment necessary for daily clinical operations Skills Proven experience in medical office management Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems like Epic, eClinicalWorks, Dentrix, or similar platforms for documentation and record-keeping Supervising experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively in fast-paced environments Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare regulations such as JCAHO standards Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills for collaborating with providers, staff, patients, and external partners.
