We are a new private dental practice building upon the legacy of a respected office that has served the community for over 40 years. We are looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager who wants to help lead the next chapter of the practice.

Because we are a smaller office, we strongly prefer a manager who is comfortable overseeing: Front desk operations and scheduling Dental insurance verification, claims processing, and PPO management Treatment plan presentation and treatment acceptance Patient financing and collections Team leadership and accountability Office systems and workflow improvementWhat Success Looks Like Strong patient experience and retention High treatment acceptance Efficient scheduling and operations Effective insurance and collections management Positive team culture Continuous practice growthWe believe exceptional effort should be rewarded. Qualifications Previous dental office management experience preferred Strong dental insurance and PPO knowledge Experience with treatment plan presentation and case acceptance Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong organizational and problem solving abilities Positive attitude and team oriented mindset
