What You'll Do Lead all day-to-day operations of a busy, patient-focused dental practice. Coach, mentor, and develop front office and clinical team members. Drive production, collections, scheduling efficiency, and overall profitability. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to achieve practice goals. Deliver an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call through treatment completion. Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top talent. Manage staffing schedules, daily workflows, and operational priorities. Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and company policies. Partner closely with the doctor to execute growth initiatives and improve practice performance. Foster a culture built on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Qualifications 2+ years of dental office management or operations leadership experience. Strong understanding of dental insurance, scheduling, treatment planning, and practice operations. Proven success leading and developing high-performing teams. Experience managing production, collections, KPIs, and financial performance. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
