1 Job Description We are currently seeking a new team member as an Assistant Front Office Manager at Orlando Airport Marriott Lakeside. Our property, located by one of the busiest airports in the country, offers 485 guest rooms , approximately 30,000 square feet meeting space along with resort-like amenities such as an outdoor pool, pool bar and several food and beverage outlets including a full service restaurant, coffee shop and a concierge lounge reserved for our valued frequent travelers and VIP guests. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing daily front office operations including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and concierge services. Lead, train, and motivate front office staff to provide outstanding guest service and maintain Marriott brand standards. Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Monitor front office financial transactions and assist with budgeting and forecasting. Ensure compliance with Marriott policies, procedures, and safety standards. Support the Front Office Manager in administrative tasks and reporting. Assist in staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations of front office team members. Qualifications Previous experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to handle guest complaints with professionalism and tact. Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
