Office Manager - Healthcare (H I V Prevention & Sexual Health Services) Florida | Multiple Locations + Telehealth Support A growing, mission-driven healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations across its clinics. This organization is dedicated to expanding access to H I V prevention and sexual health services, providing inclusive, patient-centered care to diverse communities throughout Florida. With a strong presence across multiple locations and a focus on accessibility through telemedicine, this is an opportunity to join a team making a meaningful impact in public health.
Position Overview:
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinic operations, managing staff, optimizing workflows, and ensuring a high standard of patient care and experience. This role is a key leadership position within the clinic, responsible for all operational functions while collaborating closely with clinical providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure efficiency across all functions Lead, manage, and support administrative and clinical support staff Maintain smooth patient flow and a positive patient experience Manage scheduling, staffing, and office procedures Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal standards Utilize EMR systems (eClinicalWorks preferred) to support operations Support billing, reporting, and general administrative functions
Qualifications:
5+ years of healthcare experience, including management responsibilities Background in H I V prevention, sexual health, or family medicine strongly preferred Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) background highly preferred Experience with phlebotomy or lab draws is a plus Proficiency with eClinicalWorks (or similar EMR systems) Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
