We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Practice Administrator / Office Manager to oversee the operational, financial, and administrative functions of our growing Radiology practice. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record in healthcare operations, staff management, revenue cycle oversight, and practice growth.
Position Summary:
Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm The Practice Administrator / Office Manager will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring efficient workflows, exceptional patient experiences, regulatory compliance, and achievement of key performance metrics. Serves as a clinical resource to technologists, and other staff, offering guidance on protocols, regulatory compliance. Monitors and supports compliance with departmental policies, radiation safety guidelines, regulatory/accreditation standards. Assists with onboarding, orientation, training, and ongoing competency assessment of technologists and new hires. Collaborates with radiologists, leadership, and other departments to facilitate timely and coordinated imaging services. Participates in quality improvement initiatives, including image quality audits, repeat analysis, and process improvement projects. Ensures proper equipment functionality and coordinates preventative maintenance. Provides day-to-day supervision of technologists, support staff, and imaging operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. Coordinates daily workflow and staffing assignments, balancing patient volumes, and technologist availability. Onboard all new hires, set up employee accounts all modules
Qualifications:
7 years min overall expereince Professional Appearance Ability to lead a team Organized and ability to muli task Proven track record with superisory experience
Experience:
Billing, A/R, Denials, Reports, Billing Fee Schedules CPT and ICD-10 coding Insurance Credentialing Payroll, Scheduling Accounts Payable Interviewing, Hiring, Termination, Run Level II background screenings Licensing with ACHA and Radiation Control Ability to learn additional license requirements Weekly, Monthly reports
