Kennel Manager

Kennel Manager A local company in Pensacola, Florida, is looking for a full-time Kennel Manager to join their team. The Kennel manager position involves the daily operations of a pet care facility, ensuring the well-being of all animals under their care and managing a team of kennel staff.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities within the kennel facility Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all kennel areas Monitor the health and behavior of animals in the facility Provide basic animal care such as feeding, watering, and administering medications Coordinate grooming and bathing services for pets Assist with animal restraint and handling when necessary Manage inventory of pet supplies and ensure adequate stock level Interact with pet owners to address any concerns or special requests

Qualifications:

Must have animal and manager experience Previous experience in a veterinary setting or as a veterinary technician is highly desirable Knowledge of pet care practices, animal behavior, and basic medical procedures Experience in pet grooming, dog handling, or animal care is beneficial Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with pet owners Ability to lead and supervise a team of kennel staff efficiently

Compensation and Benefits:

For this position, starting pay is $18/hour Schedule is Monday through Friday, also working weekends and holidays as needed, 8 hour and 12 hour shifts After meeting the qualification requirements, employees are offered through
