Our office features four operatories and is led by a compassionate, patient-centered doctor known for delivering high-quality care that patients genuinely love and trust. As a recently transitioned practice, we are looking for a strong leader who can bring structure, accountability, and organization while remaining adaptable in a dynamic, evolving environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building systems, strengthening team performance, and helping guide a practice through its next phase of growth. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in managing both people and processes—someone who can create a smooth, efficient workflow while maintaining a warm, welcoming experience for patients and a supportive culture for the team. Responsibilities Oversee daily administrative and clinical operations, ensuring efficient workflow across all 4 operatories Lead, coach, and support team members (assistants, hygienist, front desk), fostering accountability and growth Establish and maintain systems for scheduling, patient flow, and communication to optimize productivity Manage financial operations including billing, insurance, collections, and reporting Monitor KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to drive practice growth Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all regulatory requirements Maintain accurate and organized records within Eaglesoft and Vyne systems Support a positive, patient-focused environment aligned with the doctor's standard of care Skills Proven experience in dental office management (Eaglesoft experience preferred) Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to implement structure and systems Financial acumen including billing, insurance, and revenue cycle management Adaptability and problem-solving mindset in a growing, fast-paced practice Excellent communication skills with both patients and team members Ability to lead with professionalism while maintaining a supportive, team-oriented culture Join us as a Dental Practice Manager to lead a dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding oral health services.
