This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of practice management, ensuring smooth daily operations, and fostering a welcoming environment for patients and staff alike. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in medical office management, dental practice experience, and exceptional leadership skills to build a thriving healthcare facility from the ground up. Your energetic approach will drive efficiency, compliance, and patient satisfaction as you establish the foundation for long-term success. Responsibilities Traveling in between offices until new staff is trained properly to run their dicated office. In the end this role will let you decide which office you'd like to permanently manage Lead the setup and opening of the new dental practice, including staffing, systems implementation, and workflow development Manage fiscal responsibilities such as budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to ensure profitability and sustainability Supervise daily clinic operations, including patient scheduling, medical records management, and adherence to HIPAA regulations Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development Implement and maintain electronic health record (EHR) systems like Dentrix, Eaglesoft, eClinicalWorks, or Epic to streamline clinical documentation and billing processes Ensure compliance with healthcare standards including JCAHO accreditation requirements and managed care protocols Coordinate with medical administrative support teams to optimize clinic efficiency and patient experience Monitor quality assurance programs related to acute care, critical care experience, or hospital-like settings if applicable Foster a positive team environment that promotes excellent customer service and high-quality patient care Qualifications Proven experience managing a medical or dental office with supervisory responsibilities in a healthcare setting Strong knowledge of dental office systems such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft; familiarity with EMR/EHR systems like Epic or eClinicalWorks is highly desirable Demonstrated expertise in fiscal management including budgeting, financial oversight, and resource planning Background in medical office management with understanding of HIPAA regulations, medical terminology, medical records handling, and healthcare compliance standards Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising staff in clinical or administrative roles within a healthcare environment Ability to navigate complex medical administrative support tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Prior clinic experience in dental or healthcare management is preferred; veterinary or hospital experience is a plus but not required Strong communication skills coupled with problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges proactively Join us in shaping an innovative dental practice where your leadership makes a meaningful difference!
