Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front office activities, manage guest relations, and coordinate with various departments to maintain smooth operations. Your leadership will set the tone for a welcoming environment, uphold service standards, and drive revenue growth through effective management of the front desk team. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all front desk activities, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries Lead and motivate the front office team to deliver exceptional guest services while maintaining high standards of professionalism and hospitality Manage multi-line phone systems, ensuring prompt and courteous communication with guests, vendors, and staff Oversee night audit processes to ensure accurate financial reconciliation and reporting at the end of each shift Handle guest complaints or special requests with a proactive approach to resolve issues swiftly and satisfactorily Implement revenue management strategies by optimizing room rates, occupancy levels, and upselling opportunities Collaborate with human resources on staffing schedules, training programs, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team environment Skills Proven supervising experience within hospitality management or hotel operations Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and guest relations Excellent customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette in handling inquiries via multi-line phone systems Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Knowledge of hotel management software, reservation systems, and night audit procedures Ability to manage budgets, perform basic human resources functions, and apply revenue management principles Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in budgeting, guest services, and operational workflows Join us as a Front Office Manager to lead a dynamic team dedicated to creating memorable experiences for our guests.
