Job Description

Full Job Description Florida Kids Dental is a small business in West Palm Beach, FL. We are professional, innovative, customer-centric and our goal is to provide the best dental care to patients of all ages . We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have extensive knowledge working with Dentrix. Key responsibilities include managing staff, optimizing office workflows, and ensuring a high standard of patient care. Responsibilities Manage daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination to improve efficiency. In this role, you will be expected to manage budgeting, financial reporting, billing, and accounts receivable. Please ensure these tasks are handled efficiently using our designated systems, including Dentrix. Monitor clinic supplies inventory and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective procurement. Facilitate communication between healthcare providers, insurance companies, patients, and external agencies to streamline operations. Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using Dentrix Manage patient records and update information as needed Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns Requirements Capable of using Dentrix Proven experience in medical or dental office management with a strong understanding of healthcare operations. Strong fiscal management skills including budgeting, financial oversight, billing procedures, and managed care processes. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Please note that due to the nature of the role, this position may require occasional evening or weekend availability.
