DENTAL OFFICE MANAGER
Private General Dental Practice | Winter Park, FL Full-Time | $27-$30/hour We're building something special at Premier Dental of Winter Park, and we're looking for the right person to help lead it. Our growing private dental practice in Winter Park is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building systems, developing people, and creating an exceptional patient experience. We're looking for someone who improves operations, strengthens team culture, and helps drive practice growth while maintaining a high standard of patient care. If you enjoy creating structure, supporting a team, and helping a practice reach the next level, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Lead day to day office operations and ensure efficient workflow Support and develop front office systems and administrative processes Monitor key office metrics and prepare End of Month reporting Assist front desk operations as needed including scheduling, check-in/check-out, and insurance verification Resolve patient and team concerns professionally and efficiently Support collections, claims follow-up, and revenue cycle processes Create a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture Identify opportunities to improve systems, efficiency, and patient experience Collaborate with leadership to support continued practice growth What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Dental Office Manager or Dental Office Administrator (Required) Strong understanding of dental insurance, claims, narratives, and claim follow-up Experience processing EOD, EOM, posting payments, and managing reporting independently Exceptional organizational and time management skills Strong communication and leadership abilities High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Comfortable balancing patient service with operational execution Experience with Open Dental preferred Compensation & Benefits $27-$30/hour Dental Insurance Paid Time Off Growth opportunities within a growing private practice
