The Practice Manager for St. Mary's Orthopedics will provide dedicated, full-time operational leadership for a growing surgical subspecialty practice. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting an established facility with integrated imaging services, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing ongoing provider and service line growth. The Practice Manager will work closely with physicians and cross-functional departments to strengthen workflows, enhance patient access, and drive practice growth, including referral development and provider onboarding, as the practice continues to expand in scale and complexity.

Experience:
Must have at least 2 years experience with practice management systems in key areas such as set up, billing, registration, EMR and must be very knowledgeable of computer systems. Must have in depth understanding of physician practice management and work flow. Management experience required.
Position Summary:
St. Mary's Orthopedics is seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Manager to provide dedicated operational leadership for a growing surgical subspecialty practice. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a multi-provider orthopedic practice with integrated imaging services, ensuring efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, and a high-quality patient experience. The Practice Manager will partner closely with physicians and cross-functional departments to support continued growth, strengthen referral relationships, and advance the development of a comprehensive orthopedic service line. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Oversee daily practice operations, including clinic flow, staffing, scheduling, and resource management Ensure efficient, standardized workflows that support quality, access, and patient experience goals Monitor and manage operational performance, identifying opportunities for process improvement Practice Growth & Strategy Collaborate with physicians and leadership to support strategic growth initiatives Partner with internal departments (e.g., marketing, access, finance, ancillary services) to expand referral networks and increase patient volume Support onboarding and integration of new providers and services Physician & Team Partnership Serve as a key operational partner to physicians, fostering strong communication and alignment Support provider productivity and satisfaction by addressing operational barriers and optimizing clinic efficiency Lead, coach, and develop administrative and clinical support staff Compliance & Quality Ensure adherence to regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards Oversee documentation, workflows, and processes related to compliance and imaging services Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement Financial & Performance Management Support budgeting, expense management, and revenue cycle performance in collaboration with finance partners Monitor key performance indicators and implement action plans to achieve operational and financial targets Our Commitment Rooted in our Mission and Core Values, we honor the dignity of every person and recognize the unique perspectives, experiences, and talents each colleague brings.
