Job Description

Are you looking for a leadership opportunity in healthcare where you can make a meaningful impact on patients' lives every day? We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and organized individual to oversee daily clinic operations and lead a small team in a private medical office setting. This position combines patient care, staff supervision, and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with patients while also providing leadership and support to a team of 9 employees. Office Hours Monday•
Friday:
8:00 AM•5:00
PM Saturday:
7:00 AM•2:00 PM Applicants must be available to work Saturdays. Responsibilities Manage and support a team of 9 employees Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow Ensure compliance with office policies and healthcare standards Provide leadership, coaching, and training to staff members Assist with patient intake, medical histories, vital signs, and other clinical duties as needed Maintain accurate records and reports Monitor inventory and ensure adequate supplies are available Address patient concerns professionally and compassionately Participate in specialized clinical training programs, including ultrasound training Foster a positive, professional, and patient-centered environment
Qualifications Required:
High School Diploma or GED CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or Medical Assistant certification Minimum of two (2) years of management, supervisory, or leadership experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer applications Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Preferred:
Previous experience in a medical office or clinic setting Experience training and mentoring staff Interest in developing a long-term career in healthcare Additional healthcare certifications Ideal Candidate The successful candidate is a self-starter who takes initiative, communicates effectively, leads by example, and demonstrates compassion toward patients and coworkers alike. We are looking for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care while supporting the success of the team.
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
