Practice Manager - Dental (4-Day Work Week!) Smile Blue Ridge

  • $52,000-$72,000/yr + Bonus Lead a practice.
Love your Weekends! Smile Blue Ridge is a close-knit, fee-for-service dental practice in the North Georgia mountains, and we're hiring an experienced Practice Manager to run the day-to-day. The dentist's focus is on patient care. You will own how the practice runs, with real autonomy and a team that feels like family. Why You'll Love Working Here 4-day work week — every weekend is a long weekend Health insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Competitive salary plus a performance bonus tied to practice success Real leadership and a supportive, patient-first team in a beautiful mountain town What You'll Do Build and protect a productive daily schedule and optimize chair time Recruit, train, and lead a team of 10 to 12 clinical and admin staff Oversee billing, insurance claims, collections, and practice reporting Drive an excellent patient experience, hygiene recare, and new patient growth Keep the practice compliant with OSHA, HIPAA, and Georgia dental board standards What We're Looking For 2+ years managing a dental practice or comparable healthcare office Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and the revenue cycle Proficiency with practice management software Proven leadership and the ability to hold a team accountable Excellent communication and a patient-first mindset
Preferred:
