Responsibilities The Coordinator, FP&A Systems & Applications oversees the hospital system's FP&A financial planning technologies and related analytical systems. This role provides functional leadership, system governance, and advanced technical oversight for enterprise performance management (EPM) platforms (e.g., Axiom), ensuring data integrity, system availability, process efficiency, and alignment with organizational budgeting, forecasting, and reporting needs. The Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between Finance, Information Services, and external vendors, leads system enhancements and upgrades, establishes standards and controls, and supervises FP&A systems staff. This position operates with a high degree of autonomy and exercises independent judgment in system design, prioritization, and issue resolution. Qualifications 1. High school diploma or equivalent education (GED) or post-secondary education or (1) one year work experience. 2. Three (3) years of experience in a healthcare/office practice setting. Must include 6 months at a lead or supervisor level in clinical, scheduling and/or front office operations.
PREFERRED
1. Prefer experience with healthcare billing, imaging or other systems.
Work Hours:
730am-430pm
