Practice Manager to

We are a close-knit, thriving dental practice in Hall County dedicated to being the premier dental destination for our community. We provide comprehensive care, from general dentistry to advanced treatments like implants, and are focused on growth, excellence, and an exceptional environment for both our patients and our team. What You'll DoLead Our Team & Culture:
Manage, mentor, and collaborate with our clinical and administrative staff (hygienists, assistants, front office) to foster a positive, efficient, and successful environment.Drive Operational Excellence:
Own the front office, including patient scheduling, insurance processing, accounts receivable, and payment collections.- Enhance the
Patient Journey:
Be the welcoming first point of contact, ensuring every patient feels comfortable, valued, and cared for from phone call to checkout.- Partner in
Growth:
Work directly with the doctor to monitor practice goals, refine systems, and manage marketing initiatives across social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and our website.Steward Our Success:
Utilize your expertise in office software, spreadsheets, and presentations to analyze data, improve workflows, and help guide the practice forward.Who You Are:
Our Ideal Candidate You are a proactive, confident professional who sees what needs to be done and does it. You're looking for a place to invest your talents long-term.- A mature, level-headed leader with 5+ years of relevant experience in management, operations, or administration (we will consider exceptional candidates with less experience but the right attributes).
- A systems-thinker with a high sense of urgency, excellent organizational skills, and a "get it done" attitude.
- A compassionate communicator who excels in person, on the phone, and in writing—able to put patients at ease and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Deeply customer-service oriented, with the patience and empathy to handle any situation calmly.
- Tech-savvy and able to adapt to various software and platforms.
- Someone who takes initiative, owns outcomes, and is genuinely motivated by helping others and the practice succeed.
