  • Full-time We are a busy, patient-focused dental office in Milton in search of an experienced Practice Manager to oversee daily operations and support a growing team.
Responsibilities include:
Staff management Oversee scheduling, billing, and insurance claims Monitor production goals and financial performance Ensure compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations Improve patient experience and retention Coordinate with vendors involved with property maintenance Coordinate with insurance provider relations for credentialling and contract rate negotiations
Qualifications:
2+ years dental office management experience Strong knowledge of dental software (e.g., Curve, Eaglesoft) Leadership and team building skills Insurance and billing expertise
