As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a full-time Veterinary Clinical Team Manager to help lead our team and support exceptional care. "Loving and kind atmosphere. We are looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in both clinical and management roles and enjoys developing a supportive, collaborative team culture. Required Qualifications & Experience 5-7 years of current veterinary management and clinical experience Extensive experience leading and developing veterinary teams Proven success managing a team of approximately 12 employees Positive, collaborative management style focused on coaching and team development Clinical & Technical Skills IV catheter placement and blood collection Surgical and dental assistance Operation of Heska in-house laboratory equipment and digital radiography Understanding of DEA and prescription preparation and processing Excellent client communication and education Management Responsibilities Supervise and support veterinary technicians and assistants Oversee daily hospital operations and appointment flow Partner with veterinarians and staff to ensure exceptional patient care Assist with employee training, OSHA compliance, scheduling, performance management, and accountability Maintain high standards of client service and medical care Additional Qualifications Experience with veterinary practice software, Shepherd, and paperless medical records preferred Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. unassisted and remain seated or standing for extended periods Ability to work occasional half-days on Saturdays "The team at Dallas Highway Animal hospital never cease to amaze me." Pay:
