We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Practice Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of a busy but intimate pediatric healthcare practice. This energetic leader will ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care while managing administrative, billing, and clinical functions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong leadership skills, and have a passion for fostering a positive, efficient, and compliant practice atmosphere. As our Practice Manager, you will play the pivotal role of managing the billing processes for the practice and optimizing practice performance to support the health and well-being of our young patients and their families. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of clinic operations to ensure smooth daily functioning, including managing administrative and clinical workflows, ensuring an excellent patient experience and monitoring the financial health of the practice Supervise team members to promote a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Optimize medical billing processes and revenue cycle management by collaborating with our in-house biller. Some hands-on billing is required. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations including HIPAA Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure adherence to medical management protocols, acute care standards, and managed care requirements. Implement human resources practices including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives aligned with clinic goals. Oversee clinic inventory management including supplies procurement and equipment maintenance to support efficient clinical operations. Facilitate communication between clinical staff, patients' families, insurance providers, and external healthcare entities to optimize patient outcomes.
Requirements:
Demonstrated success in supervising and motivating multi-disciplinary and diverse teams in a healthcare setting. Comprehensive knowledge of medical billing and revenue cycle management. At least five years of experience in hands-on billing is desired. Pediatric and Medicaid billing experience is a plus. Strong experience in optimizing procedures for efficient and effective front office processes Steadfast commitment to providing an outstanding patient experience; customer service experience is desirable.
