About Us North Georgia Surgical Oncology Practice is a physician-led, specialty practice dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered surgical care. We combine advanced minimally invasive techniques, leading technology, and deeply compassionate service to support patients navigating complex breast and oncology-related conditions. We are seeking an experienced and mission-driven Practice Manager to join our leadership team and play a pivotal role in the continued growth and operational excellence of our high-performing specialty practice. Position:
Practice Manager This role is ideal for an experienced healthcare leader who thrives in a dynamic clinical environment, excels at multi-team coordination, and is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care experiences while driving practice performance. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring seamless coordination across clinical, administrative, and billing teams. Develop efficient workflows that optimize patient throughput and elevate the patient experience. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and practice standards. Financial & Business Management Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and the full revenue cycle. Monitor KPIs; identify opportunities for efficiency and quality improvements. Partner with leadership to evaluate payer contracting and vendor agreements. Human Resources & Team Development Lead, mentor, and develop staff across clinical and administrative functions. Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance reviews. Align team goals with the mission and operational priorities of the practice. Patient Experience & Quality Excellence Champion a culture centered on empathy, responsiveness, and clinical excellence. Monitor patient satisfaction metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with providers to enhance communication and care coordination. Strategic Growth & Innovation Support development of new service lines, technologies, and community partnerships. Participate in practice visibility efforts, marketing, and community outreach. Oversee operational readiness for digital tools, telehealth, and patient engagement platforms. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field (Master's preferred). Minimum 3-5 years of healthcare management experience, ideally in surgical, oncology, or specialty practice settings. Strong experience in practice operations, HR leadership, and financial oversight. Proficiency with EHR/practice management systems (Eclinical experience a plus). Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Work Location & Schedule Onsite at North Georgia surgical oncology practice (Woodstock, GA) Monday-Friday daytime schedule; occasional early or after-hours coordination as needed Application Process Qualified candidates may submit a confidential resume and cover letter summarizing their experience and leadership approach.
