We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Office Manager to oversee the front desk operations of our vibrant hospitality establishment. Duties Supervise daily front desk operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and billing procedures Lead and motivate front office staff to deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and enthusiasm Manage guest inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions Oversee guest relations by resolving issues promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction at every touchpoint Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations Review night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies Implement and maintain phone etiquette standards to enhance guest interactions and uphold brand reputation Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably within resort or hotel environments Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable Familiarity with hotel property management systems Knowledge of guest services, reservation systems, and front desk procedures Experience with night audits and managing guest complaints effectively Ability to lead a diverse team with excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving Previous experience working in a fast-paced hospitality setting that emphasizes guest satisfaction and operational excellence Join us as a Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team into delivering unparalleled guest experiences!
