We are committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences with a consistent 4.8 average rating through clinical excellence, innovation, and a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. The Chief Clinical Officer is an executive-level role responsible for the strategic oversight and day-to-day leadership of all clinical operations. The CCO ensures the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and clinical quality across all service lines and locations. This leader works closely with the CEO, CAO, physicians, and department supervisors to align clinical operations with the organization's strategic goals. Clinical Operations Drives multi-site clinical operations — encompassing patient care delivery, triage, patient flow, exam room utilization, satellite offices, surgical facility relationships, ophthalmology and hearing services, and pharmaceutical supply chain management — while developing and maintaining clinical protocols and SOPs Compliance & Quality Directs end-to-end compliance and quality operations — spanning MIPS reporting, HIPAA/OSHA standards, Medicare/Medicaid audits, chart reviews, and
CPT/ICD-10/HCPCS
coding accuracy — while building and maintaining clinical KPIs and performance dashboards EHR & Medical Records Provides executive oversight of EHR operations, compliance, and medical records accuracy, retention, and release policies while leading system optimization, upgrades, and user adoption initiatives in close collaboration with IT on integration and strategic decision Leadership & Team Development Provides clinical direction to Medical Records, Hearing, Surgery Scheduling, Scribe, and Technician supervisors while ensuring ongoing staff competency through training and skills assessments Delivering clinical reports at Board of Directors meetings Qualifications Education & Credentials Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or operations management required Master's in Healthcare Administration preferred Clinical licensure preferred (COMT, COT, RN, or equivalent) Experience & Skills 5-7 years of progressive healthcare operations management experience Minimum 3 years leading teams of 50+ employees Multi-site or multi-department coordination experience Strong knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, MIPS, and healthcare compliance ESA has a full benefits package including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD, Supplemental Plans, 401K, and PTO, potential performance bonuses
