About Us We are a patient-focused dental practice committed to providing exceptional dental care in a welcoming and professional environment. We are seeking an experienced and organized Dental Office Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our administrative team, and help ensure an outstanding patient experience. Position Summary The Dental Office Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative and business operations of the practice. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of dental office procedures, scheduling, insurance processing, and patient relations. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow. Supervise, train, and support front office staff. Manage patient scheduling and appointment coordination. Handle insurance verification, claims submission, and payment collections. Monitor accounts receivable and maintain accurate financial records. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and office policies. Address patient concerns and resolve issues professionally. Coordinate staff schedules, meetings, and performance evaluations. Maintain office supplies and vendor relationships. Track key performance indicators and assist with practice growth initiatives. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of dental office management experience preferred. Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and treatment planning. Experience with dental practice management software. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma required; additional education in business administration or healthcare management is a plus.
