This role includes treatment coordination, insurance, scheduling, and team leadership to ensure an exceptional patient experience and efficient practice operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the front office team through training, coaching, and daily oversight. Answer phones, texts, and emails while scheduling and coordinating patient appointments. Present treatment plans, explain insurance benefits, and discuss financial options. Verify insurance eligibility, submit pre-authorizations, and communicate with insurance billers regarding outstanding claims. Manage patient accounts, payment plans, statements, collections, and accounts receivable. Monitor and optimize the daily schedule to support production goals. Maintain accurate patient records, insurance information, and office reports. Oversee front office systems using Open Dental and patient communication platforms. Complete daily administrative tasks such as posting deposits, reviewing reports, updating schedules, and maintaining office workflows. Identify opportunities to improve patient experience and office operations. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of dental front office experience required. Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Front Office Lead, or Office Manager preferred. Strong knowledge of dental insurance, treatment planning, and patient financial arrangements. Experience with Open Dental preferred. Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Professional, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional patient care. Billing experience is a BONUS and will be highly considered.
