Expect:
St. Luke's The Woman's Clinic provides comprehensive OBGYN services to patients across the Treasure Valley and beyond. Our collaborative team of 16+ providers, including physicians and advanced practice providers that works closely with skilled clinical staff to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care in a supportive and cohesive environment. The clinic offers a full range of services, including onsite lab, ultrasound, NST, and IV hydration. We're looking for an exceptional leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is passionate about fostering a positive culture and operational excellence. Monitors practice activities to ensure compliance with all applicable governmental regulations and practice standards. Leads the identification and implementation of short and long-term goals for the practice, and ensures their achievement. Manages staff, handles operational issues, resolves client issues, and administers the budget. Establishes work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness in an office. Requires an in-depth knowledge in management, accounting, human resources, law, ethics, economics, strategic planning, and information systems. Communicates accurate and pertinent information with providers and staff to facilitate effective and efficient patient care. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:
